With 2 baby's and a full time job I wasn't able to keep up with the Yoga and diet. Its been a struggle all year. I came across this site called "The Next Forty Days" thenextfortydays.com and its about a guy with the same situation about his weight and health. He's been doing DDP yoga now for over a year and started at over 600 pounds. He's now lost well over a 100 and started this site him and his fiance where for 40 days they will do something whether its giving up something or doing something 40 straight days kinda like lint. So 2 days ago I started my own 40 day journey. The only thing I can drink for 40 days is nothing but water. No caffeine, no sugar drinks, no uncaffineted drinks, nothing but water. I can ad natural fruit to it but thats it. While doing this I am gonnafocus on a new diet plan too. It may seem simple but its gonna be rough for me as I am use to drinking lots of caffeine to stay awake due to my kiddos. Day 2 so far so good. I've had caffeine headaches but I'm hoping they will go away soon. I'm devoted to do this for my future and to get my life back on track and it starts with this.
